To change the mobile e-certificate PIN you will need your current PIN. If the current PIN is lost, you will need to have new certificates produced and choose a new PIN.
Here's how you set a new PIN for iPhone:

1. Go to "Settings" and choose "Phone"
2. Choose "SIM Application" (bottom of the list)
3. Choose "Auðkenni"
4. Choose "Signature Settings"
5. Choose "Change ID-PIN)
6. Enter your current PIN and press "Send"
7. Enter a new PIN and press "Send"
8. Re-enter the new PIN and press "Send"
A new PIN should be set for the e-certificates
