To set a new PIN for mobile phone e-certificates you will need the current PIN. If the current PIN is lost you will need to have new certificates produced and choose a new PIN.
Here's how you set a new PIN on Android operating systems:
1. Open "Applications", find VIT / SIM Toolkit and open
3. Select "Auðkenni"
4. Select "Signature Settings"
5. Select "Change ID-PIN"
6. Enter the current PIN and press OK
7. Enter a new PIN and press OK
8. Re-enter the new PIN and press OK
