Special assistance
If special assistance is needed when issuing digital IDs, a request for such assistance can be submitted.
This service is provided outside regular business hours and takes place in a quiet, private setting at our offices at Katrínartún 4, 1st floor. To qualify for this service, the individual must be able to complete the standard activation process without assistance.
Requests should be sent to audkenni@audkenni.is, explaining why the service is being requested. We will respond to the request as soon as possible.
